I hope to build some strong business relationships starting right here in the no forums.

Just know that others on your Team should help you and having that relationship should help you.  

Investing in real estate markets is no different.....You mentioned San Jose; are you referring to the historical rise in real estate being great in that area?

I would have to say my most effective way is establishing relationships with people around me that are looking for properties.

I do have a relationship with my lender, but he still has to follow the Fannie guidelines.
