Most lenders won’t let you go more than 80/20 LTV anyway.Also, make sure that you still clear enough cash flow on the properties to stay positive and keep a healthy reserve.

As I had been approved for $200k (~800 score/healthy debt to income ratio) and was comfortable making the offer as it was a turnkey property, with a tenant in place and I would be putting 20% down.
