I've only been renting for 5 months and he is my first tenant so I don't know everything about how to handle every situation but I do appreciate your feedback.  

I purchased two duplexes on one lot in Massillon, OH in the 44646 zip code and I'm looking for a little advice on how to handle a situation. 

The co-signer just needs to be able to make enough to handle your loss while qualifying. 

I set up a series LLC last year, to handle my rentals, where I am the sole member.

I'm wondering what to do in regards to a situation i've encountered and how to handle it.  

Debt is from a mortgage on our primary residence and student loans.I'm now in a situation to either reduce debt or increase my regular income (via paying cash for rentals/purchasing notes/something like that) to a point where my dti would be more attractive to lenders.

B) Look at all of the surrounding land parcels and try to understand what used to be there, what is there now and what might be built there in the future.C) Consider what sort of services the tenants might need and how they are currently handled and might be in the future.

One of the reasons was that the one tenant lives for free and collects the other 9 units rents and handles general maintenance on building.
