The description in the 'management portal' isn't verbose, but the tub leak was referring to the valve (dripping).  

As we just got out of hurricane season, Ocala is in a great geographic location inland and is mostly high and dry which is why insurance is much much lower. 

You may be able to read the various descriptions and see where your model would fit.

It shows the property's Address, Parcel ID, and Legal Description as identifiers on the lien, but with my tenant's name and not my name.

We usually go by the legal description and look at the property as a whole; if it has two income producing structures on it with one owner then we would look to the value of the underlying property and combine it's rental income.

They give sample reports with photos and basic descriptions of a home.

Based on your description you are a hardworking reasonable person with a high credit score.  

On the county website under the description section it has it listed as a residential home and doesn't reference it as a duplex or similar MF dewelling.  

There are lower cost markets in the inland and valley areas, but those don't sound like where you want to be based on your other descriptions.
