In my experience, the best masterminds are the paid ones, where the host has some incentive to continue to organize the mastermind and bring fresh content and speakers.I've been part of multiple free and/or casual masterminds that start out strong but fizzle out over time.

I'm surprised they offered to try.I would assume that you have to start fresh since you'll be the one having to do the lawsuit.You should speak with an eviction attorney Monday morning.Also, you should contact the bank Monday and see if you can find out what they've done so far (notices, cash for keys, lawsuits).

This certainly seems like an excellent place regarding REO.I'm experiencing the REO mess, I have a great buyer $30mil fresh LOI, for commercial REO's in CA, but trying to find a real seller, is not fun.
