Hello all,I'm looking for info on daily and monthly usage by commercial properties (small and large multifamily, office buildings, hospitals, hotels, shopping centers) to see how much electricity they use (ex. kWh or MWh) and some estimates for current monthly electricity prices.I will be using this info to see how cost-effective it would be to sell combination solar systems with battery power (night/backup) to commercial property owners.Anyone with guidance on which direction to point me in for learning more about energy generation, storage, and usage, or anyone in the energy industry, feel free to reach out and contact me.Thanks!

Then imagine if upon moving in, the tenants put on a fresh coat of paint and upgraded the lighting and flooring.  

To replace all of the parts except the storage tank would cost less than $200, and only $40 for what I need to replace now.Am I missing something?

Slob, late, kid drove battery car and wore path in lawn, puppy w/o permission (no pet house with hardwoods) and when she left I spent a day helping her move into storage because my new tenant needed to move in and she wasn't out.

The big risk that i see with commercial is that - it is one of the first investment that takes a hit when economy is not doing good.I have been recently leaning towards investing in Self Storage and MFR.
