Just food for thought: we had a HELOC on our primary and then later did a refinance.

I believe in karma and good things will come if you put food things out.

The tenants seem low maintenance so was hoping to save the 8-10% unless they start getting needy plus I do have a friend that lives near whom is handy and will accept food as payment :)

Energy prices rose 0.8% in September, while food prices were unchanged.

@Valentina Ayala  This can actually be a serious health/safety issue and I would not ignore it.  

It only happened because my wife kept calling up the food chain until a Regional VP called the folks we were working with and made it happen, but they missed their last deadline even so...So, good rate but a big negative on all else for US Bank.
