VA Loan Advice for first time home owners

Will PCS to FE Warren in the next couple months. Three friends and myself were planning on living together in Fort Collins, CO and buying a house with the VA loan. We know the value of the VA loan and was wondering the best way for myself and my friends to use the loan while still living together (if that is even possible). We have four VA loans to work with and just wanted advice on the best way to use them.

I would think the best way for you guys to use them is for each of you to get a 4 unit with the intent on living in them...
