I would like to start with commercial real estate but I don’t want to dip my feet in something that’s way over my Head, Any thoughts from you fine peeps  Single family has a lower price point, fewer moving parts and less damage if you make a mistake.

However; typically if the owner lives in the house and rents out rooms that have fewer restrictions.
