If an insurance co. can get away with loopholes to not pay you THEY WILL.I know you are not directly connected to the coast line, but you have a large body of water that feeds to the Atlantic.

Since I am continuing to buy throughout the cycle, this will keep me from feeding multiple properties if we see the market slow down or even turn negative at some point.  

I can't get feed back on any agent that is doing this and happy or unhappy.

I am considering using an extension called Tiller to feed data into Google Docs. 

I didn't read the whole feed, so I'm not sure if you got a response from an HVAC technician but that I am.

More experienced investors need to spoon feed me because I have $100 and a 600 credit score and want to be rich by next year.That seems to be what the group thinks about each of those groups as a whole, obviously there are exception but that seems to be the consensus. 

Please give me some feed back as I would like to help this lady and make some profit in the process.
