@Darren Berg how did you select those zip codes?

This has resulted in tenants almost fighting over my properties, which affords me the opportunity to be selective. 

I think I would ask @Jerryll Noorden (I think he uses carrot) but he is a wholesaler/flipper that has posted extensively about website traffic and marketing and is very knowledgeable in that area

In our experience, the #1 mistake landlords make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.

On the smaller side, I'm sure there will still be select regional/local credit union options but for larger multi-state buyers this will no doubt have an impact.
