Here we can evict right now for holdover tenants after their lease expires if we are only doing for holdover and not rent 

My understanding has always been that if they stay after the expiration of their Lease,  that is enough to trigger the MM Lease in Chicago.Where is that code section?

Yes, the home came with 1 year warranty on basic repairs, (which is expired), 3 year on electrical, and 10 years on structural.

If the property isn't available for move-in and advertised, its seems every expense would be prior to in service date. 

So I got into a really dated unit that was in good enough condition to be financeable, for maybe a 10% discount.

We feel that the information we require is better than looking at a credit report that covers a wider range of dates and a wider range of things that don't pertain to whether or not the tenant paid their rent for the past 3 months.When a tenant hands us rent receipts from a $2 Office Depot receipt book and tells us they pay cash we kick the applicant out the door.
