The rear portion would have to have legal access?

What you are doing with property and if you are living in it, your credit hx.As suggested I would recommend an independent agent with multiple markets to access.

I have to sign on for 6 months with them to get access to the list and I'm not prepared to do that yet.  

no paid under seller was asking 30k over after the appraisal came in and shifted everyones thoughts lol but it was a great investment for us we currently have a tenant paying 1800 no garage access
