I am still green but I will learn exactly what I am up against.

It might fall under the category of motivational (more likely cheerleading, though, I suppose), but certainly doesn't belong on the BP blog page.So, I was just wondering if it was appropriate to post ideas and thoughts that may resonate with others on here, especially those as green as myself. 

@Julie Greene I have had scrappers dismantle something (toy) in my trash before and leave behind what they don't want.

If it mattered I would still get second opinion.However, the point is moot because everyone agrees there is no reason on gods green earth not to give someone 3 days notice of eviction.What I have learned since I first reported is that I don't get the deed as quickly as I expected.

The 300k commission wouldn't even be realized on the residential deals because the structure you would need to close out the 200 deals, find them, show them would eat up most of that money.

Too many complications to add even more complexity by trying to involve lawyers and the letter and spirit of the law, I would just eat my loss and learn the lesson for  next time

They don't try to eat your hand off when cleaning the inside of the glass with a sponge either.

@  Br@Brian Risi  don't be afraid of unknown, what's worse that can happen, you lose a few hundred or thousand dollars....you will probably blow that on beer, starbucks, eating out whatever X 10 in a year.i started with about $500, testing signs, mailers, etc, all in all, probably spent over a grand in marketing.
