I used an equity based lender with zero income/tax/employment documentation, and they don't care about the cash flow of the property.

The idea is to have the VA do the first round of calling, document the lead profile and myself and my partners can do the follow up call to close the deal.The other need we have is more fluid.

@Robert Fountain , I agree with the others, it sounds like you're on top of things.Just to be safe, document everything that has happened so far, and continue to document through the process.They seem to be understanding - you are not required by law to have every single part ready at a moment's notice.

But I believe per Fannie/Freddie, any property purchased in the last twelve months or so much be documented via CD or what used to be the Settlement Statement.

they are messing with the electric, they shouldn't be touching anything like that without your consent, hopefully you have that in your lease. take pictures of what they did and send an email to Daddy with a copy of the lease part that says they can not make alterations to the house without your consent and pictures of what they changed and CC " your Lawyer" - either for real or make your own lawyer email, but document everything. once he sees the lawyer is involved you may stop hearing from him.
