I own a townhome and received a letter from the city it’s in, that the water meter has indicated that there may be a leak at the property.There was a small leak under one of the sinks and I had a plumber fix it immediately.

Does it keep more information stored like maitaiance, docs, ect.

Another option is any of the alt-doc type guys should be able to lend without issue...the issue is with lenders that need to resell on the secondary market and not being able to meet guidelines.

@Edward Liu - quick follow up on your point on the UCC as I am exploring whether to sign EIDL docs.

How far down on the walls is it leaking in? 

There is a very thorough breakdown of the closing docs on YouTube if you search for sba eidl I was approved.

I asked the PM to investigate for leaks (surely there must've been floods), and the only thing they found were a few tenants who had portable washers and dishwashers connected to the sink to do laundry and dishes.

Proper attorney-drafted docs, title insurance, etc.
