Hi BP members,I'm looking to begin my investment journey outside of FL and Indiana is market I'd like to visit and get a lay of the land.

Located in a popluar fishing destination, there is a decent amount of traffic, but I am not getting any actual bookings....Any insight, tips, or tricks? 

Better hurry up and get your permit so your house can sit vacant all summer 🙈🙈Everyone’s selling right now to escape the Poconos market - houses are flooding the listings bc no one’s making any money.

The other issue is since Colorado market is so hard a large amount of my entitlement is eaten up from my first house.  

Anyone invest in CT and know which markets in CT to look into and which to avoid?

I called every facility in my market, introduced myself as a burgeoning investor, and asked if they would consider selling.

Any tips or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!

The only change to the existing law was to expand the definition of "Provide real estate brokerage services" to include the following:Regardless of whether the activity is engaged in for another person, engaging in the buyer or selling, offering to buy or sell, or marketing of real estate or otherwise dealing in contracts, including assignable contracts, for real estate or options on real estate, on two or more occasions in any 12-month period.Principals buying and selling on their own account clearly fall within this expanded definition.
