@Leonard Galper have you tried skiptracing in bulk and then sending out text blast and or voicemail blast to warm up leads and then have them call into a online phone number equipped with a voicemail then you can just call the folks on the list that have received your message and are interested.

It will then put them on a texting campaign, the AI then warms them up and appointments start showing up on our calendar!
