That said, based on the description, someone is going to end up putting together a deal on this property (Northern Cali).Would love to hear what others would do...?

Make sure your pictures are good, your description is well written, and try to add a walk-through video that makes it easier for viewers to get an idea of layout, neighborhood, etc.

From your description it sounds like an estate was not opened.

I would be shocked beyond description if the company told me one day they can't repay me, but I also sort of figured that they would encounter dificulty and maybe wind down.
