Is it only online or does big book stores have it?

If you want to shop at dishonest places that think you are stupid...well that's fine with me.Look at the bait and switch adds for these stores...it costs them tons of money to doop you into the store.

I didn't know this until I went to a professional plumbing supply store and was advise to get an angel stop with steel ball valves.Also, not sure if this matter either, but some of the water supply ends is also made out of plastic, which is probably ok, but I got the ones that are made out of steel.One last thing, does anyone know how long these angle stops & water supply lines last?

Put my dad in a hardware store or box store, it's going to be awhile, like a kid in a candy store.

I'm pretty frugal and currently have a desk set up in the back of a buddies furniture store for free.

Even when combining with counters, the local stores could not come close to the price when matching apples to apples.

It helps to store said forms, make maintenance request to or from tenants, and also collect rent from tenants should they elect this option.
