Any other feedback from the rest of the Bigger Pockets community would be much appreciated! 

I know with the lack of experience it there come many obstacles, but I was hoping to see what the more experienced community of Bigger Pockets had to say.

Therefore, I want to let the community here know about a residential contractor I would never recommend.Let me start by saying I did my homework...checked him out thoroughly.

I am currently a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Paraguay, South America, working on Agricultural/Environmental/Health projects in my assigned rural community. 

I have just submitted my first offer and am curious on what the community thinks of the deal.

I do not have a realtor/broker license and have recently been reading that it has become harder to connect buyers and sellers without legal repercussions because of this.My question is what is the best way to connect a seller to a buyer without infringing on the legal properties that licensed realtors have dedicated to them?
