MTR is a hospitality business, similar to the STR, more upfront cash, you are being thoughtful and intentional around how you present, offer, and welcome guests on the front end, plus the same leasing, monthly payments, maintenances requests as a LTR; but you a get a more money monthly.

We have a 3 day stay which cuts down on partiers, but actually chatting with guests provide a level of customer service they appreciate and allow us to make sure they have a great time while keeping tabs on possible troublemakers.

The main characteristics were that the exterior walls were constructed all at once with the same stud running from foundation to roof and the floors or levels were hung off of a cleat that ran around the structure cut into the vertical stud.
