The diversity on BP is amazing.   

But my experience was there are certain cultures that would never consider living in a home where a death has occurred.

Being diverse is one of the most important things that I stress to everyone that I network with, work with and have conversations with.

Also, with patience, a lot of diversity can be achieved by spreading out funds to a number of such investments, rather than putting all eggs in one basket. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

For years, homelessness loomed over the civic culture of Los Angeles as its most intractable problem, one that defines our city and its government officials.

Flexibility - So much necessary "life" was made impossible or difficult due to rigid scheduling and our culture's obsession with shaming folks for self care whether that is taking time for lunch with friends, vacation, doctor's appointments or therapy sessions! 

Not an automatic cash cow - it's a people business first and foremost and unless your company understands that and institutes that culture you will not be successful.

VAMy development background is fairly diverse; however, I concentrated mostly in developing small subdivisions, and building SFRs.

I just recently got my license and I joined KW in the Bay Area because I really enjoyed their entrepreneurial culture.
