Pinnacle, KW, Berkshire Hathaway for new agent?

Hello, I am currently awaiting my agent exam date from CalBRE, and would like some thoughts on which company other agents would recommend for a new agent. Pinnacle, KW, and Berkshire are big names in the area, and I've seen/heard multiple people recommend KW. I'm interested in great training to help build a solid foundation, so I can build great habits from the get go.

Would anyone like to share some insight on pros/cons for a new agent joining these agencies, or do you have a different one to recommend that may be located in LA County (even better, San Fernando Valley)?

Thanks!

    Shawn,

I would recommend interviewing each company and see how they structure their new broker training. Everyone learns differently and one may fit you better than the others. I have heard great things about KW's new member training and support. You may also want to consider interviewing other brokers and asking them questions about their experience at the office.
