Well, it isn't.

The garden unit is nice, finished, has a kitchen, and 2 bedrooms+1 bathroom, 2 egresses, stairs connecting it to the unit above as well as an exit to the outside but ceiling height is 6'5". 

She has been in the business for well over 13 years, has strong negotiation skills, and a good eye for what clients are looking for.

I have an air b n b in my hometown and it is quite profitable and works well.
