If I asked you what kind of sauce should I use for my food, you’d probably ask what kind of food is it?

In one of the upstairs apartments we found an unused top level (finished attic) room that clearly had mice living there - which opens into the unit and the tenant had mouse traps at the door that led there.We didn't see evidence of mice in any of the other units, however in one of the units the tenant was out when we came, was very much a mess with old food, garbage, old cans, and garbage piled up in every room.

Stick with the world gold standard in a Cook Islands Asset Protection Trust or the hybrid Domestic Component if you don't have a reason to go purely offshore with a connecting "migration" clause.

If the tenant is someone that likes to cook a lot, then they probably don't care much about you private bathroom and vice versa.

Didn’t show up when I originally searched the court records... with his drug use(possibly cooking in my rental) could I get an emergency eviction and get him out quicker?

Milwaukee has culture, entertainment, great food, low traffic, two major sports teams (Bucks are best in the league currently),  freshwater, emerging tech startup community, a handful of fortune 500 companies, the DNC in 2020 AND you can buy a house for $100k. 

If a fast food joint is pulling out of an area I see that as a huge red flag.

I only eat my own cooking since I own my own management infrastructure.
