I get a consistent income, a favorable selling price, interest on top of the selling price, delayed tax treatment, and none of the hassles of being the landlord yet I continue to receive income from the property just as I do today.

It could also be the feeling of scrolling through one page rather than clicking a link.Might I suggest that the explanations of what the forums are about are moved to a prominent place at the top of the individual forum and your forum main page: http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums consist of forum titles and the most recent one, two or even 3 articles within that forum.

These were still in the mfg bldg and it looked like they just closed shop in the middle of the day.So I figured someone ordered them so there has to be someone who still needs them somewhere, Orlando is a fairly large placeNot sure what a Freecycle is.I work in a marketing department and some of the out of the box ideas consist of wet tee shirt contests, buy a door - get a free beer, "Open doors for the hungry", buy a door, 1/2 the money goes to the second harvest food bank.
