Why mobile homes?

I am seeing very good deal flows..stuff normal people can not get access to ( self storage, mobile park homes,  hotels/extended stays in the shale belt states. apt complex in hot areas ( TX, ATL ) .. just to name a few.  

In my current area mobile home seem to be very popular.

Hi Everyone,I searched through the threads and couldn't find this topic.I'm looking for Leases and Rules & Regulations for my Mobile Home Park in Indiana.  

For the MHP investment ( mobile park home fund) you may receive K1s from several different states - it depends on where they invest.For debt transactions you'll receive one 1099 aggregating your debt investments together.    

Does anyone know of any lenders/banks offering financing on single mobile homes on a rented space for an owner occupant?   

More than 1/2 of my mobile home parks have been funded with other peoples money.
