We do everything, gut-job remodels, new construction, and lots of service repairs for property management companies.

I've never heard of this company before but want to check into it further.

No real rebalancing plans other than I will probably consider selling the portfolio a little at a time when I hit 60 in a few years since I don't think the kids or grandkids are interested in running a real estate company. 

Are there any good screening companies that screen Canadians?
