How can I conduct a tenant screening for a person that is moving here from Canada?
Are there any good screening companies that screen Canadians? The wife does not work so the financial responsibility would fall to the husband. They omitted listing her on the application. I would still want to screen both of them though, so I am thinking of telling them they must complete the co-applicant section anyway. I understand that anyone over the age of 18 should be listed on the lease regardless. All feedback would be appreciated :)
