I'm thinking about being human resources do you think that would be a good idea to improve my Communication skills as well as to have a good income to invest in real estate?

By the way, my ultimate goal is to get into real estate investing and I feel like being a real estate agent will really help me in that, not to mention communication and marketing skills.

If your contractor will pay the cost of the improvement up front, this is not a problem, most contractors wand some money up front so you need to communicate with the contractor.

Communication and reputation are key to getting deals accepted. 9 out of 10 deals use agents according to title company records, and FSBO/off market deals without agents involved are actually where the majority of litigation occurs, because they're often a complete mess, so I think anyone saying agents aren't needed is living in Lala land personally.

I prefer the one on one communication.
