These are some strategies I see a lot of other investors use: driving for dollars, direct mail/cold calling different lists, networking with agents, networking with other investors, and just telling everyone what you are looking for.

There are cold calling, texting, emailing, mailing, social ads, etc.As a new person, I'd recommend doing this manually yourself first to get acquainted with the process and to even get your first deal under your belt.
