Hey BP Community, I was wondering who all out there has had experience with converting your rental property into a group home or sober house for ex-substance abuse clients.

So it's a very unique situation that caused me to be okay with negative cash flow. 

I just helped a client who found a cash flowing property outside of the city down in Kent. 

If you have a lower gross rental income per bookings (say $150 average booking for a small condo) and a similar $20 cost per basket, but that basket includes nothing that is tied to the identity of the property or makes it unique, it seems likely the repeat booking rate and likelihood of positive review will have minimal impact.

Clearly doesn’t care about you as a client and trying to make away like a bandit.

Standard is for me is high end clients who want to improve their home and return the beauty into their ease style and comfort.
