I'm trying to buy a duplex or triplex in surrounding areas of San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Dana Point, Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo. Any recommendation of real estate agent with multi-family experience? Thx

Sandy Hu in those areas you will need deep pockets. I doubt very much that you will find anything that pencils out for you. I don’t recommend buy and holds in California right now. I can recommend someone for you, but the conversation you need to have is, if this a smart investment right now?
