Once you find a brokerage that is willing to do per transaction and handle the liability for a cheap price you might want to stick with them.There is just no money in it and a ton of headache and liability for a principal broker.Investors are typically after the deal at any cost and not being in regulatory compliance with the state commission.

Also it's cheap, $0.60 per sqft, however the labor is not $4 per sqft.My next option is vinyl plank, $0.99 per sqft, $0.75 per sqft to install.

Nothing wrong with using a professional business name, but are people searching for your specific business name or on something like "sell my house fast".Domains are cheap, reserve your company name (so no one else does) and keyword rich domain names.There is a lot more to SEO than my esoteric answer...
