Hello everyone I'm new here in BP I'm a general contractor transitioning into becoming an investor so new in a lot of subjects, I live in Oklahoma, and want to hear everyone's opinions, advices and experiences related to this subject.

If so , would I be able to do the majority of the repairs myself, so long as I can show proof that I can do the work ( I've been a contractor for 12+ years )3.

I have a tenant moving out of one of my 1br units at the end of the month and I'm looking for a contractor to do a bathroom remodel and some small repairs throughout the unit.

Why not have the contractor start at the back of the home and work forward, moving the debris to the front as they go? 

Especially for the Atlanta area.Also, we have contacted a number of local general contractors and they all have passed on working with us because most do not do one flip jobs.

I guess it is worth the few hundred dollars to close up the window that leads into the kitchen.One contractor suggested that we could spray a coating to frost the glass on the doors.
