I personally probably wouldn't invest there, but it is interesting.Lafayette is growing with not only Purdue but several strong manufacturing centers in the area.Ft Wayne is intersting - I grew up there and see a lot of growth every time I visit family.

A few months ago it was announced that Amazon would be building a large distribution center in our area (Akron, Ohio).I am interested in hearing from others on their experience with Amazon coming into area and its impact on property?

I’d stage it with stuff during the sale (NOT a lot of books, maybe a chess set, reader chair, globe, interesting objects, some cool looking hardbound books) and leave it alone.

I made some rookie mistakes, and a partner got a little greedy, and the deal was blown during final stages of signing.

REHAB:- Kitchen, bathroom and dining have all been gutted to bring in the new- We are in the beginning stages of adding the 2nd bath in master- Closet in master has been moved back- We've decided to add a vaulted ceiling in the living room.
