As a Realtor myself, if I know a have an active investor I’m going to treat them differently than someone who is “just looking” I agree that drip campaigns are annoying especially if you are really looking for a deal.

@Edward BowlbyIf you do just a typical refi and pull the money out there may be restrictions on when/how you can use it - for example, with a traditional refi in many cases you can not use that money as a down payment on a new house for at least 60 days.

There are no prepayment penalties and no restrictions on what you can do with the proceeds of the 401k loan.

Other companies do not have that restriction. 

New York is on the verge of passing a new law restricting landlords ability to collect last months rent at lease signing. 

There is not a washer/dryer in the apartment, but I do have a laundry room downstairs, however, it's the same one that my family uses and I would be a bit hesitant to allow the tenant to use that without certain time and frequency restrictions. 

Yes it is a college down but more so for BYU, which is a religious restricted college.
