Then when it comes time to pay the bill I planned on paying the required monthly amount first; and then paying another amount towards the principle that way I could pay off the 100,000 in ten years instead of 30. 

So, no increased SD, no last month's rent, and - if this new bill passes this week - no rent for three months because it is forgiven!

Basically the message is that they are demanding that the governors of all states "freeze all rent, mortgage, and utility bill collection for 2 months, or face a rent strike".

Bill collectors continually come by the house looking for him and my tenants feel like they are being harassed.
