Factors such as rising interest rates and an influx of new apartment units have contributed to challenging conditions.

I feel like the taxes should be paid from the proceeds, not from me as the go-between.

I've done apartment buildings and single family subdivisions, (plus lots of commercial) throughout the state. 

We had intentions to buy the neighboring properties and build an apartment complex.
