Any recommendations for CPAs who have experience with house hacking situations?

I guess my situation would be more of a BRRR so that I can refinance and pay off my equity loan.  

Im in the same situation pin my 6 unit in ma.

Then used the $50k toward downpayment to buy a new personal residence.When analyzing this situation, it seems like MIRR is the best calculation.

Short of wearing a fake ring and attending assertiveness training, I am not sure how to handle these kinds of situations. 

The goal is to find situations where both you and the broker can add value to your respective businesses. 

I’m in the exact same situation.  

I also am working with Sam Sharpe on the loan side, but I had to put 20% down (my credit score wasn't great, so maybe your situation might be different).

Just being a financed buyer, even though my income, DTI, FICO and asset situation is strong, I feel like I'll have a hard time competing.

Hi all, I'd appreciate your opinion on what to do in this situation - Just purchased a duplex today ( 7/6/18 ) with long term tenant paying same rate of $1100 since 2011 for a 4 bedroom 1600+ sq ft, 4 BR 2 car unit in a great location, the top school district in the state, and large yard.
