It depends on when you put the asset into service.If the rental is ready to rent and you started advertising the rental right away, then you can take depreciation as of the date you put it into service.

@John Arendsen  nope he is saying the opposite up until title 3 most CF sites only dealt with acred's I think the edit was probably some sort of advertising the mod thought they were doing but I don't really know  LOL
