Multis feel more like a house and you have one person living with you (or 2 or 3 depending on duplex, trip, or quad), whereas an apartment complex has more amenities, but people sharing walls everywhere.

One of our team members who lives in Michigan has agreed to take on the cleaning/turnover themselves, but we know this isn't a sustainable business model.For those of you in the area doing AirBNB/VRBO, how are you managing turnover?

Does anyone have additional information on buying from auction sites and/or living in the Broward/Palm Beach counties and willing to mentor a newer investor on the process?

Growing up in a household with 6 siblings and parents working hard to survive living in California I became very observant of what others were doing to make money.

Something’s not right there… did anyone else that doesn’t live in Fl that has the lot/s in their parents or families name not changed over to them with some information that also can be done that they didn’t put in the letter?

@Julianne Salamone I'm a Canadian now living in Florida and investing full-time down here. 

And I was interested in wholesaling some as well, but I just dont think that what I would be giving up by 50/50 splitting wholesale deals that basically I go find and setup, etc. in addition to the significant cost to join PD was a good enough value/ROI compared to some of the other options and programs that are out there. 

@Jonathan Greene I have family that lives in Mississippi and I go out there or at least plan to go out there twice a year.

I would prefer not to be a landlord, especially since I live 2 hrs away in NY, but it is technically doable.

How does this work for the other co-owner of the property that does not live here as a primary residence?
