Tips for Buying a Single Family from County Auction Site

Hello - I'm looking at buying a single family home on the county auction site.  I've done some research on tips to buying on the auction site and have looked into the property on the county site.  Does anyone have additional information on buying from auction sites and/or living in the Broward/Palm Beach counties and willing to mentor a newer investor on the process?
