If you mean in securities, there's not really an accurate % for that.

If anyone knows of a more accurate tool I'd be interested as well.

I'm a realtor so that value should be very close to accurate.

😀First of all, you can't use Zillow as an accurate measuring stick for a property.

One could guess but with just the information that it is a fourplex in Austin, it would have variance to big to give any investor an accurate enought number.Also, I don't know anyplace in Austin where your property taxes are below 1%

Is it really that every website is junk and that Redfin is the most accurate or is it possible that the Pending is false?

I read that 5% and 15% yr were acceptable terms...is this accurate?
