Ann, A partnership is a partnership is a partnership.A big reason: Any receipt that has the partner's name on it would be reported and disallowed on his personal return if audited.Yet another reason: This would not accurately represent their situation.

Probably about as accurate as Zillow since they likely get their info from the same unreliable source.I also like Cyberhomes.com because they have a map that will display property values, and other data, as a color gradient.
