Good afternoon everyone,I want to start my journey as a wholesale (because I see a LOT of potential in it to raise capitol to invest in future properties myself) in the area of Texas.Aside from learning from YouTube and books (audible especially BP), what else can I do in order to be successful in the long run?

I’ve tiptoed in it before by watching videos on YouTube, attended a couple of meet ups and even partnered up on an investment property.

So many people on YouTube / Social media like to skew numbers and fear monger to get clicks.

People can listen to as many podcasts, audio books, read books & articles, watch youtube videos, go to seminars etc. all they want to get an education.

I recommend listening to podcasts, watching Youtube videos/listening to audiobooks, as well as reading books.
