Looking to try a different approach for lead generation aside from Zillow/Realtor.com and was wondering if anyone has used this site before?

It has been so enjoyable to hear from people on the site that have expressed words of gratitude and connected with me on BP, Linkedin or through my new podcast.

I use the county clerks site, but looking for more info. 

After visiting potential prospects and running dozens of number it gets discourging and maybe a bit impatient to land that first one and get your feet wet.

I am thankful for this site and the wisdom and guidance it provides to brand new members all the way to those who have been investing for decades.

I use sites like AirDNA to determine potential income.

There are many on this site that do so.for your convenience - I also found other posts that requested local CPA's in Los Angeles.

You can do group chats, emails, with your colleagues. it's not a separate forum or instant message area. but maybe @Mindy Jensen could tell you if that is possible or something that the site may consider.

If I buy property with a rehab required it is the day I close the permit or get the U&O.
