Does anyone recommend investor-friendly realtors in the Portland-metro area?  

Lost plenty of friends for it.

A friend of mine actually taught me how to drive for dollars, drive around your neighborhood first then expand from there friend.

Have a couple of friends who recommended Over-the-Rhine, Evanston, Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park as places that would be worth looking into.

@Simon Yosepov I can share with you a few local lenders that are investor friendly as long as you live in the US and you have strong financials then you can most likely get a loan.
