It wasn't fun owning this property especially thru the winter season always needing a snow removal person, lawn mowing, keeping after the tenants to follow the rules and the distance having to travel out there at least 5 to 10 times a month. 

Hi, I'm moving out of my house in a couple months to travel for a while.

Everytime our city mows a lawn it's a $400 lien, then you have the water department that will lien for unauthorized usage/unpaid bils, code enforcement will slap liens a house too for disrepair.Pray you don't buy a meth house either.

I want to travel the world.   

I plan to hire a property manager for this as I travel for work. 

Over this past project I quit my full salary & benefits travel-every-week job to pursue real estate full time- never looking back! 

My goal is to eventually have a vacation property in over 100 locations (multiple properties in some) that I can travel between as I will be financially free and can enjoy various vacation hubs while still collecting cash flow.
